Sub: Security sensitization of Commercial and Traffic personnel.
The High Level Committee of Officers drawn from NSG, IB, Delhi Police, RPF, CISF and Railways has formulated a Composite Security Plan for Indian Railways and recommended as under:
Recommendation No.11 Training of Commercial and Traffic personnel in Security management: Security sensitization of Commercial and Traffic personnel on a compulsory basis.
2. In compliance with the above recommendation, Board desire that ticket checking staff be sensitized about the security related emergent situations which may prop up during the run of trains and to deal with these situations. It is desired that ticket checking staff should be instructed to be vigilant to suspicious behavior of any passenger or doubtful objects in trains and report the same to the escorting RPF party or RPF post at the next railway station.
