As per extant instructions, Ticket Deposit Receipt (TDR) is to be issued/filed for
claiming refund on reserved ticket in certain specific conditions as per provisions of
Railway Passengers (Cancellation of Ticket and Refund of Fare) Rules, 2015. After release
of HHT application version 2.7.6, passengers who have filed TDR are labelled in chart
view page of HHT.

2. It is clarified that after filling TDR and labelling in HHT, if a passenger is found
travelling on reserved accommodation, he/she will be treated as travelling without ticket
and will be liable to pay the due charges, as per rule.
